Solving the sensor problem...

Job 3, Day 5

We builded some more on the bottom of the platforms but we still need something flatter. The container falls off too much because the teeter-totter goes up and down too fast. Mr. Gaskell gave us elastics to hold it down for next day.

Job 3, Day 6 Presentation

We used the elastics to slow the teeter-totter down. And we put the sensors pointing down instead and we built a bumper out of Lego and cardboard so the sensor would push in when the end went down.

This is the bumper made out of cardboard and Lego This saved the day.

This was our program. It had a problem because the lights wouldn't go out. We had to put a stop at the end of the timers. We put a stop in the space before the red light but it didn't work.
