Dr. Morris Gibson is a multi-aged school in the Foothills school division. Multi-aging is a philosophy that promotes student's learning with one teacher for two years. This philosophy also allows us to integrate the grade 4 and 5 curricula over a two year cycle. With the assistance of the Galileo network, we have embarked upon a journey of inquiry based learning guided by an overriding "big question".

Year One: What is the impact and cause of change? (historical perspective)

Year Two: How does the physical geography of Canada affect living things? (geographical perspective)

Go on our poetry tour of Southern Alberta's Historic Sites. (The poems will give you goosebumps!)
