Since January 2004, students at Andrew Sibbald, Dr. Morris Gibson, Fish Creek, Queensland Down and Millarville Community school, have experienced the intrigue of China, exploring its customs, food and scenery -- all virtually through the power of an online community.

It all happened when McLean Masuch, University of Calgary student, went to China to teach English to fulfill the requirements of his Bachelor of Education degree. Six schools are now part of this virtual community.

"We are learning about the community of Millarville by asking questions about China. Isn't that cool" -- said one Millarville student.
